To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, we had the First Class dinner menu from that fateful night recreated by a team of six; an 11 course extravaganza with a wine pairing. Guests were dressed in Edwardian evening wear and the table dressed in gold and silver flateware and a forest of crystal.
