To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, we threw a dinner party recreating the First Class menu that was served on April 14, 1912. I was commissioned using this backdrop to write an article giving people some party planning pointers.

Darcy & I were inspired to bring back our experience of royal India and recreate some of the wonders of this country in our home for our friends after spending an amazing evening celebrating Diwali at the palace with the Maharaja of Jodhpur. I did this video to present to a party promotion company and it gives you a taste of the evening our guests enjoyed.

With New Year's eve just around the corner, it's a good time to explore my favourite beverage, champagne and how it can be paired with foods. Nathin Bye from Ampersand 27 and I recently worked on a pairing for 12 fine champagnes with 12 different courses; here is one example of what the guests experienced and what you might consider for your New Year's Eve celebration; or any day for that matter!!!!
